Our Pricelist

Calculate

Pricelist

Prices according to BOMA/ANSI and are based on sq. ft. measured. Prices are set locally, and may vary depending on such factors as building size, type, occupancy, access, complexity, geography, and non-standard CAD or field requirements.

Basic floor plans: 12 cents psf (residential or standard office)

Elevations & Sections: typically 6 cents psf.

3D MODELING including advanced BIMx 3D modeling with all necessary support for the customer: pricing on request min 20-25 cents psf.

Notes:

  1. Any additional structures or unfinished areas to be measured and documented will increase the price.

  2. Payment is to be received prior to any documents being delivered. Payment will be through a  Bank account, check or cash. Upon receipt of payment a receipt along with any printed drawings and calculations will be delivered.

  3. Final price depends on and is based on complexity of the premises:

  4. 3 days turnaround +15%
